that verse, is to the people what say, "God dont exist" really it is a product of his ignorance, and his vain life.
if you have lot of friends what they can´t believe in My Lord, you can use this verse to explain to they, that God´s real. for example: a couple wanted a baby, but they do not see at first, then that baby was born and now everyone can see. the same happens with the things of God, first nobody can see, but after everybody can watch.

before the computer, no one had seen, and now all the users and we look at it, what is telling us this? that things are now, were the result of things not seen.
